As CEO of the UCR Group since 2014, Stephen Reeder leads a Redlands, California, enterprise that pursues successful development projects, including the Circa 2020 apartment complex, which encompasses 306 fully leased luxury units. Stephen Reeder also oversaw construction of The Crossings at Redlands, a 340-unit project that attracts young professionals through offering an upscale apartment lifestyle.
Mr. Reeder maintains a strong base of knowledge in market-rate and multifamily trends across the Inland Empire. The UCR Group owns and operates more than 1,000 apartment rental units, extending to West Los Angeles. His present focus is on developing the 280-unit Standard Apartments in Redlands.
Community-minded, Mr. Reeder supports the police and fire department, including crime prevention and neighborhood watch efforts. He has also worked to help the less fortunate through volunteering with the Rescue Mission Los Angeles homeless shelters. His valued volunteer assistance extends to a local drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.
